- All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change after artwork review and final specifications are confirmed.
- Orders are not considered placed until you receive written confirmation from Area Advertising.
- Production timelines begin once artwork is approved and payment (or agreed deposit) is received.
3. Artwork and Intellectual Property
- You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, text, or other materials you submit to us.
- You grant us a limited license to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of producing your order.
- You agree to indemnify Area Advertising against any claims arising from infringement of third-party intellectual property in materials you provide.
- All website content (logos, copy, images, design) is owned by Area Advertising and may not be copied or reused without permission.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price in effect at order confirmation is the price you pay.
- A deposit may be required before production begins on custom orders.
5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Estimated production and shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Custom-printed and decorated products are made to order and are generally non-returnable unless defective or printed in error by Area Advertising. If you believe your order has a production defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
7. Color and Material Variations
Slight variations in color, size, and material are inherent to printing and decoration processes and are not considered defects. Screen colors may differ from final printed product.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Area Advertising’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boyd County, Kentucky.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
